Cykel are proud to be a part of the collaboration behind a new apartment and retail development in Kingston, Tasmania.
Working alongside the team at Kunama Property Group, the proposed development for 6 Summerleas Road gained media attention last week.
The project features 97 apartments and 11 retail spaces in the 4269sqm complex. The design, by Cykel Architecture, has been approached to cater for families and down-sizers.
Speaking to media outlets, Kunama Director Sam Chedid said the aim of the development was to leave a positive impact on Kingston.
The collaboration with Kunama and contractors involved in the project has been a positive experience for the Cykel team, who are excited to see the project continue to develop in the coming months.
Cykel Architecture was responsible for the development of the design and presentation images.
